How to Reduce The Alcohol Breath

Spread the love

You may not realize it, but when you’re partying on weekends, you’re likely to have a boring and embarrassing alcoholic breath on Monday. Going to class or office with a breath of alcohol is not a good choice.

Some volatile molecules in the mouth lead to halitosis or bad breath, according to a 2013 study published in the Journal of Natural Science, Biology and Medicine. Alcohol is such a volatile molecule that can make your stinking breath very bad.

Alcohol is not easily digested because the body considers it a toxin. It is metabolized by the liver, but the liver works at a rate that only treats one drink per hour. Because of this slow process, alcohol accumulates in your blood and body tissues, including your lungs, waiting to be metabolized. This causes the breath of alcohol.

This problem is common among all abusers. Aside from the bad smell, people around you will consider yourself “still drunk”, since alcohol is clearly in your system.

To ensure that people do not know that you’ve been drinking a little too much, you can use simple and simple tricks to get rid of the persistent odor.

Here are some of the ways to get rid of alcohol.

1. Eat Onions

Just like garlic, the strong odor of onions can easily mask the breath of alcohol. Always choose red onions on whites, as their smell is stronger.

Prepare a salad, a hamburger or a raw onion sandwich as one of the main ingredients.

As the smell of onions can be quite strong, you can brush your teeth well and drink a good amount of water after using this method.

2. Drink More Water

Just as it is recommended to eat something while you are drinking, it is also important to drink more water.

The alcohol dries the mouth, due to its diuretic effect. A dry mouth is a better environment for bacteria causing odors.

So if you take ordinary water when you enjoy an alcoholic drink, this will help you stay hydrated and avoid a dry mouth.

Even after finishing our drinks, do not forget to drink a little water from time to time. In addition to reducing the breath of alcohol, this will also reduce the severity of the hangover.

With plain water, lemon water is also beneficial.

How to Reduce The Alcohol Breath3. Lemon

Lemon is another useful remedy to help mask the breath of stinking alcohol, due to the presence of citrus compounds. In addition, lemon helps to eliminate accumulated toxins from the body, thus reducing the odor of alcohol.

you can drink lemon water to help reduce the smell of alcohol and detoxify your body’s alcohol. Simply stir the ½ lemon juice into 1 cup of lukewarm water and drink it. You can also add a little honey to taste.

4. Chew Gum

One of the simplest ways to remove breathable alcohol is to chew sugarless gum. Gum with mint or sour will be the most effective.

First, the strong smell of the gum will help to cover the smell of alcoholic beverages. In addition, it stimulates the production of saliva, which helps to flush the acids, bacteria, and particles that cause odors.

After finishing your drinks, chew a piece of gum as long as you can. Then rinse the mouth thoroughly. If necessary, try again.

5. Eat Peanut Butter

If you love the taste of creamy and sweet peanut butter, then you have one more reason to enjoy it! Peanut butter can help mask your alcohol breath.

The oils in peanut butter provide a much stronger and more pleasant smell than alcohol breath. It will easily cover up the odor of strong spirits on your breath, and nobody will guess that you were drinking a lot last night.

Make 1 or 2 pieces of toast and spread a generous amount of peanut butter on them. Enjoy them with a strong cup of black coffee.

6. Chew Raw Garlic

A strong smelling ingredient, such as garlic, can help mask the smell of alcohol. In fact, the smell of garlic is so strong that while masking the breath of alcohol, it will leave behind you a garlic smell in your mouth.

If possible, chew 1 or 2 cloves of raw garlic with a glass of water. Otherwise, prepare something easy with lots of garlic, such as soup, dip or spread.

Now, to cope with garlic breathing, drink mint tea or chew gum flavored with mint.

Dreadlocks– How to Make Dreadlocks, Maintenance, and Tips

Spread the love

Dreadlocks is the coolest hairstyle to ever exist. This hairstyle has survived for thousands of years and would continue to stick around for many more. This blog talks about dreadlocks, their making, maintenance and some special and useful tips.

What are Dreadlocks?

Dreadlocks are actually rope-like clumps of hair formed by the hair getting matted together. This hairstyle is believed to have been linked historically with Aztec, Greek, Buddhist, Senegalese, and Rastafari cultures. Although they are recently believed to be associated with African culture and identity, people from different races do not hesitate from sporting their hair in dreadlocks.

How to make Dreadlocks?

Well, the most natural way to make dreadlocks is the neglected method. The method involves neglecting the hair completely by forgoing brushing, combing, and cutting the hair altogether. However, it takes years for such dreads to get mature.

There are also other ways to make attractive dreadlocks in a more uniform manner and are less time consuming. While backcombing is the most popular of these, dread braiding and twisting are also some methods to give a try.

Maintenance of your Dreadlocks

Washing and maintaining dreadlocks is not a difficult task. However, there are a few things that need consideration when washing and maintaining dreadlocks. Some important ones are:

  • Use a Residue Free Shampoo to Wash your Dreadlocks

Make sure to wash your dreadlocks with a residue free shampoo as any leftover shampoo can lubricate the hair thus causing them to loosen up. Also, this residue can build up in your hair in the form of mold.

  • Don’t wash them during First Week

During the first week of being made, your dreadlocks are very delicate. Washing them at this stage could make them loose or even unravel them completely. Therefore, it’s better to get yourself a big shower cap and stick your dreadlocks in it when in the shower during the first week.

  • Consistent Waxing and Palm Rolling

Whenever you see that your dreadlocks are getting loose, apply some dread wax and palm-roll them. This would tighten them up again. You might require to do this every week or so during the initial stages of the dreads.

  • Check that the dreadlocks are completely dry

Whether you blow dry or air-dry your dreadlocks, it is important to ensure that they are completely dry, especially right down the centre before the next wash. Leaving them even slightly wet can actually cause them to stink.

Dreadlocks– How to Make Dreadlocks, Maintenance, and TipsTips

After you are acquainted with the maintenance methods of your dreadlocks, hereare some more useful tips to care for your dreadlocks.

  1. Salt Water Spray

Salt water is known to work wonders in tightening dreadlocks. You can prepare the solution and store it in a spray bottle. Spray it over your dreads whenever you find them lifeless or loosened.

  1. Sleep with a Headscarf on

Doing this would prevent the dreadlocks from picking up various types of lint and fuzz from the pillow.

  1. Go for Natural Hair Products

Try to go for natural hair products to avoid chemicals or the left behind residue to maintain good health of your dreadlocks.

  1. Conditioning Spray

A bottle of dread conditioning spray comes to your rescue when you feel your scalp to get itchy and irritated.

Health Issues Occurs When You Sleep too Much

Spread the love

Sleep is important for your health!

Proper sleep helps you stay focused and alert during the day, and your body recharges at night to help you recover the day’s work. In addition, proper sleep helps fight obesity, diabetes, heart disease and premature death, to name a few.

But that does not mean you should spend hours in hours of sleep. Quality sleep is crucial for your health, but even if you sleep can be bad for you.

Excessive drowsiness can be a sign of several different medical problems, including chronic fatigue, thyroid problems, heart disease, sleep apnea, depression, narcolepsy and some medications.

It is important to enjoy sound sleep and quality, but sleeping too much can result in health risks.

Here are some of the bad things that can happen when you sleep too much.

1. Leads to Obesity

There is a link between excess sleep and obesity. If you sleep for long hours, you are physically inactive for this period. Less physical activity means that your body burns fewer calories, which can lead to weight gain.

One of the studies published in Sleep provides evidence that short and long sleep times predict an increased risk of body weight and fat gain in adults. The study emphasized the need to add sleep duration to the panel of determinants that contribute to weight gain and obesity.

More than 8 hours of sleep per day is positively associated with the risk of obesity, diabetes, hypertension and cardiovascular disease.

Sleeping too much was associated with psychiatric illness and a higher body mass index (BMI), but not with other chronic diseases.

Health Issues Occurs When You Sleep too Much2. Improve Your Risk of Diabetes

Too much sleep can affect your body’s ability to treat sugars, and impaired glucose tolerance means insulin resistance, a well-known risk factor for type 2 diabetes.

In addition, too much sleep means you are less physically active, which is important to reduce the risk of diabetes. Again, being more sedentary and obese are common risk factors for diabetes.

People who sleep too much or too little are more likely to develop type 2 diabetes or impaired glucose tolerance. The risk is 2 times higher for people who sleep less than 7 hours or more than 8 hours per night.

People who get more or less 6.5 to 7.4 hours of sleep per night are at an increased risk of high blood sugar levels.

3. Makes You Depressed

While sleep disturbance is a common symptom of depression, it has been found that sleeping too much can affect your mood and even cause depression.

Sleep affects the neurotransmitters in the brain. In addition, long sleep duration results in reduced physical activity. Increased physical activity is important to increase levels of neurotransmitters of dopamine and serotonin, which can improve your mood.

Physical activity also helps distract you from stressful stimuli and improves your self-esteem.

4. Impairs Your Brain

Sleeping too much can also affect your brain power because it engenders the brain faster. In addition, excessive sleep can be a marker of underlying circadian disturbances or health problems, which can lead to structural changes in the brain and good cognitive functioning.

In elderly women, the usual sleep duration predicts future risk for cognitive impairment, including dementia, irrespective of vascular risk factors.

5. Leads to Early Death

Sleeping too much can even lead to an earlier death. While this may sound scary, it is a fact and research has proved it.

Increased risk of dying early in short and long sleepers. Sleeping more than 8 hours per night was associated with 1.3 times greater risk of death. The review was published in Sleep.

A higher risk of mortality may be due to the fact that sleeping too much is associated with an increased risk of developing diabetes, heart disease, depression, and obesity.

Tips for enjoying quality sleep:

  • Maintain a sleep schedule by going to sleep and awakening at the same time every day, even on weekends.
  • Create an ideal sleep environment to help you sleep soundly.
  • This can be done by sleeping in a room that is cool, dark and silent.
  • Use earplugs or a white noise machine to avoid distractions.
  • Do not keep a TV, computer or phone in your room.
  • Do not drink coffee or alcohol too close to bedtime.
  • Try meditation before bed.
  • After dinner, take a short walk and then go to bed.
  • If you think you sleep more, keep a sleep log.
  • The morning sun exposure will help you get around and move around.
  • Avoid hitting the Snooze button on your alarm.
  • Make your morning routine positive and consistent.

Overview And Symptoms of Hashimoto’s Disease

Spread the love

It is estimated that twenty million Americans suffer from some sort of thyroid disease, but about 60 percent of people with thyroid disease are unaware of their condition, according to the American Thyroid Association. Read more about Overview And Symptoms of Hashimoto’s Disease

One such thyroid disease is Hashimoto’s disease. Also called chronic lymphocytic thyroiditis or chronic thyroiditis, Hashimoto’s disease is one of the most common causes of hypothyroidism in the United States.

Hashimoto’s disease is an autoimmune disorder that causes the body’s immune system to attack by mistake and begin to destroy the thyroid gland and its ability to produce hormones.

Thyroid hormones help to regulate metabolism, body temperature, muscle strength and many other functions of the body. Thus, a decrease in the functioning of the thyroid can harm your health.

It is not clear what exactly causes this autoimmune disorder, but it is believed that genetic factors may be involved.

Risk factors for the development of Hashimoto’s disease

Although the cause of Hashimoto’s disease is not known, some factors may increase your risk of developing this disease.

Your genes can be a high-risk factor. When a family member has an autoimmune condition, others are more likely to develop one. It can be Hashimoto’s disease or something like the celiac disease or rheumatoid arthritis.

Women are at higher risk than men. Hashimoto’s disease is seven times more likely to occur in women (due to hormonal changes), especially pregnant women.

Excessive iodine in the body can trigger this disease. It is recommended to eat less iodine if you have a family history of the disease.

Hashimoto’s disease is also one of the most frequent effects of exposure to radiation. People who have received radiation for leukemia and other types of cancer have a higher risk of developing this disease, as well as Graves’ disease, type 1 diabetes, lupus, rheumatoid arthritis, and Addison.

Symptoms and Signs of Hashimoto’s Disease

Many people may have Hashimoto for many years before experiencing any noticeable signs and symptoms. The disease can remain stable for years without causing a problem.

Overview And Symptoms of Hashimoto’s DiseaseIn addition, there are no signs and symptoms specific to this disease. Most of the symptoms are related to other conditions, especially hypothyroidism. This is why timely diagnosis is difficult.

As the disease progresses, it causes a sub-active thyroid with the following symptoms.

  • Tired
  • Drowsiness or feeling slow
  • Light Weight Gain
  • Constipation
  • Dry and pale skin
  • Face puffy
  • Nails weak and fragile
  • Hair thinning
  • Hoarsely
  • Muscle weakness of the lower body
  • Increased sensitivity to cold
  • Irregular or heavy periods
  • Fertility problems
  • Goiter enlarged
  • Joint or muscle pain
  • Forgetting and difficulty learning
  • Increased sensitivity to many drugs

How to Diagnose The Hashimoto’s Disease

If you experience any of the symptoms mentioned above, you should check your thyroid.

The dosage of TSH, a thyroid stimulating hormone produced by the pituitary gland, is important for diagnosing any type of thyroid disorder. With a simple blood test, a doctor can easily identify low levels of thyroid hormones T3 and/or T4 as well as increased TSH levels. The latter indicates that the pituitary gland is trying harder to stimulate the thyroid to produce more hormones.

A blood test may also show abnormal antibodies that could attack the thyroid.

Treatment for The Hashimoto’s Disease

If you have a diagnosis of Hashimoto’s disease, you will need a medication to correct any symptoms due to thyroid hormone deficiency. Most often, a single daily tablet of levothyroxine is all that is needed for the rest of your life.

Levothyroxine is a synthetic hormone that replaces the thyroid hormone lacking thyroxine.

Be sure to check your TSH rate every now and then (about every 12 months), as your doctor may need to change the dosage.

Vaginal cysts usually form when a gland or duct becomes clogged, causing a liquid or other material to collect inside it.

There are various kinds of vaginal cysts.

  • Inclusion cysts are usually very small and located at the bottom of the vaginal wall.
  • The cysts of Bartholin’s glands are liquid-filled cysts that form on one of Bartholin’s glands.
  • Gartner’s gland cysts develop when the ducts of a developing embryo do not disappear as they assume after delivery of a baby.
  • Mullerian cysts develop from structures left behind when a baby develops.

A vaginal cyst is rarely cancerous and in many cases, it does not even cause discomfort. Most commonly, cysts are discovered during a routine pelvic exam.

In most cases of vaginal cysts, treatment is not necessary. Treatment is usually necessary if you suffer from discomfort or pain due to the size of the cyst or if there is an infection. In such a scenario, symptoms may include a soft bump in the vaginal wall, a protrusion of the vagina, discomfort during intercourse, and difficulty inserting tampons.

To treat vaginal cysts, there are many simple and effective home remedies. These remedies also help to fight against any infection as well as to promote healing.

1. Sitz Bath

Taking a sit-down bath is beneficial in reducing discomforts of vaginal cysts. It can help mitigate irritations and promote healing by promoting drainage of the cyst.

In addition, sitting baths help keep the area clean and reduce the risk of infection.

How To Use?

  • Partially fill a bathtub with hot water.
  • Mix 1 to 2 tablespoons of Epsom salt in water.
  • Soak your genital area for about 15 minutes at a time or until the water loses its heat.
  • Carpet gently afterward.
  • Take a bath 2 or 3 times a day for a week.

You can also purchase a sitting kit that you can put on your toilet seat to facilitate soaking.

5 Best Natural Remedies for Vaginal Cysts2. Warm Compress

Applying a warm compress to a cyst is another easy and effective way to soften it and encourage drainage, which in turn contributes to the healing process.

A warm compress also helps to kill bacteria to reduce the risk of infection and fights inflammation.

How To Use?

  • Soak a cloth in warm water and squeeze excess water.
  • Hold the hot cloth over the affected area for a few minutes.
  • Repeat 3 or 4 times a day until the fluid begins to come out of the cyst.
  • Caution: Be careful not to burn the delicate tissue in the vaginal area.

3. Tea Tree Oil

Tea tree oil can really help with the pain and inflammation associated with vaginal cysts. This is particularly good for treating Bartholin’s cysts.

Not only the pain, tea tree oil also helps to eliminate harmful bacteria in the vaginal area and thus reduces the risk of infection. In fact, it helps to drain the cyst within 1 or 2 days.

How To Use?

Mix 2 or 3 drops of 100% tea tree oil in 2 teaspoons of coconut oil. Using a cotton ball, apply this oil to the cyst. Leave it for 20 minutes, then rinse it with lukewarm water. Use this remedy once or twice daily or as needed.

Also, add 3 to 5 drops of tea tree oil in a cup of water. Use this solution to rinse the affected area a few times a day.

4. Garlic

Garlic is another effective family remedy for any type of vaginal cysts, mainly because of its potent antibiotic properties. This helps to kill the bacteria present around the cysts, which reduces the risk of an infection.

When ingested, garlic also helps stimulate the immune system to help fight infections and promote healing.

How To Use?

  • Apply a little-crushed garlic on the cyst for 2 minutes. Rinse well with lukewarm water. You can follow up with an application of coconut oil to reduce the peak the garlic could have caused. Do it 1 or 2 times a day.
  • In addition, you can eat 1 clove of crushed garlic 2 or 3 times a day, followed by a glass of water, to boost your immunity.

5. Aspirin

You can also use aspirin to get rid of the cyst. Its antiseptic and anti-inflammatory properties help to treat pain and inflammation as well as reduce the risk of infection.

How to use?

  • Crush some aspirin tablets in powder form.
  • Mix in a little water to form a paste. Instead of water, you can also use castor oil (the oil will also help reduce inflammation and help healing).
  • Apply this paste on the vaginal cyst.
  • Let stand for 5 minutes, then rinse with lukewarm water.
  • Do it once or twice a day.

The hormonal changes going on in a woman’s body during pregnancy can cause more important ADHD symptoms. Also, the stress and anxiety that one can experience during pregnancy can add to the problem.

However, this does not mean that pregnancy and ADHD cannot be treated. There are several lifestyles and behavioral changes that can help to keep the symptoms of ADHD under control and ensure a healthy pregnancy and a healthy baby.

Here are some tips for managing ADHD during pregnancy.

1. Do Regular Exercise

Regular physical exercise ensures positive changes in the brain, which can improve attention and improve mood.

Beyond helping with ADHD symptoms, exercise can help you stay healthy throughout your pregnancy. Increased excess weight during pregnancy can increase the risk of gestational diabetes, high blood pressure and much more.

Be sure to walk at least 30 minutes, three times a week. You can always consult your doctor to learn about other types of exercises that you can perform safely during your pregnancy, depending on your state of health.

2. Practice Yoga

Practicing yoga during pregnancy is one of the best ways to keep your body healthy and your mind balanced. It is also good to keep the symptoms of ADHD under control.

The combination of physical postures, breathing exercises and deep relaxation techniques used in yoga helps calm and strengthen the central nervous system, helping to manage the symptoms of ADHD.

In addition, yoga can be very beneficial during pregnancy, as long as you take certain precautions. However, do not do yoga poses that put stress on your back after the first trimester. Such poses can reduce blood flow to the uterus.

Also, avoid yoga poses that stretch too many muscles, especially the abdominal muscles.

Always do yoga under the direction of a qualified expert and keep them abreast of your state of health.

Simple Tips To Manage ADHD during Pregnancy3. Practice Attentive Meditation

Tranquility and positivity are more important than ever when you are pregnant. It becomes even more important if you have ADHD.

To ensure calm and positivity, the practice of careful meditation helps a lot. This helps you cope with the demands of your body and mind, and benefits your unborn baby in different ways.

Meditation also calms the stress of pregnancy, which can trigger an inflammatory response that can result in decreased birth weight or early childbirth.

Stress can also have long-term effects on your child, leading to developmental problems and hyperactivity.

4. Get Enough Sleep

The hormonal changes going on in the body, as well as the growing weight of the baby, can make it difficult for pregnant women to have a good sleep. According to the National Institutes of Health, during pregnancy, women may need a few hours of sleep per night or a few short naps during the day.

The study also highlights the fact that sleep deprivation during pregnancy was associated with longer work, high perception of pain and discomfort during labor, higher cesarean rates, labor prematurity and higher levels of serum pro-inflammatory cytokines.

In addition, a healthy sleeping amount can help improve the symptoms of ADHD, such as irritability and inattention. On the other hand, sleep disorders can aggravate the symptoms of ADHD.

5. Take Best Diet and Nutrition

Healthy eating and nutrition are important during pregnancy and management of ADHD symptoms.

The body and brain need different types of nutrients to function properly and, during pregnancy, you must follow a balanced diet to ensure good health for your baby.

Eat foods high in protein to increase dopamine production, which helps you stay focused. In addition, consume foods rich in magnesium to reduce irritability, increase attention and reduce mental confusion.

Take prenatal vitamins as well as fatty acids and brain foods that help to reverse the unwanted symptoms.

Other foods that may be useful are foods rich in vitamin B6, zinc and calcium.

Caution: During pregnancy, do not take nutritional supplements without consulting your doctor.

Other Additional Tips

  • It is recommended to switch to a gluten-free diet to improve behavior and thinking.
  • Keep drinking water throughout the day to avoid everything from stretch marks to emotional collapses.
  • Spend quality time with your family.
  • Look for new ways to improve your connection with your unborn baby.

People who are lying down at work are more likely to sit outside work, and the more time they spend on work is associated with decreased mental well-being.

Given the disadvantages of too much sitting, health experts advise office workers to get up and move from time to time. However, it is not always easy to withdraw from the task at hand.

A good solution is a permanent office, which is growing in popularity as workers and managers are increasingly aware of the costs of ill health due to sedentary lifestyles. Benefits of Using The Standing Desk2. Reduces risk of cancer

Always remember that excessive sedentary time is linked to an increased risk of type 2 diabetes.

By using a permanent office, you can help clean the sugar out of your blood better than while you are sitting. In fact, it is a simple way to avoid sudden peaks in blood glucose after meals, which is bad for your health.

5. Improves the pain of posture and fighting

Attending your office for long hours can cause bad posture as well as pain in your neck and back. To improve your posture and reduce pain, a standing desk is very effective.

The simple holding act improves the strength of the core, which leads to better posture. Also, if you are installing a standing desk and keep your computer screen just above the eye level of rest, you do not need to make a rattle or move on your computer.

6. Increases productivity

A permanent workstation can also improve productivity at work, according to a 2016 study published in the EII Transactions on Occupational Ergonomics and Human Factors.

The study compared objective productivity between workers who use a stand-able office and a control group sitting in a six-month call center. Approximately 167 employees were employed in this study.

Difference between Bikram Yoga and Hot Yoga

0
Spread the love

The other day I tackled an article that talked about Bikram Yoga for Weight Loss. I read it diligently so that I could decide whether or not to participate in a hot yoga class that was just down the road. In ignorant happiness, I almost decided, when I realized that Hot Yoga and Bikram Yoga are very different from each other. In fact, any Bikram Yoga is Hot Yoga, but all Hot Yoga is not Bikram Yoga.

Before diving into the differences, let us determine what these two forms of yoga are about.

What Is Bikram Yoga?

Bikram Yoga is a form of Hatha Yoga that is unique due to specific postures and breathing exercises that are performed in a heated room.

Bikram Choudhury is the founder of Bikram Yoga. He formulated a set of 26 yoga poses and two pranayamas. This yoga champion founded a Yoga College in Beverly Hills, California, and began teaching his yoga method, which has become one of the most popular yoga styles practiced in the West. Hollywood began to endorse this form of yoga, and its benefits have become the speech of the city.

What Is Hot Yoga?

Hot yoga is a Vinyasa practice style that includes a series of related posts. It is done in a warm room set at a particular temperature and humidity. Since this is a vigorous yoga style, you tend to sweat a lot and lose weight.

What is the difference between Bikram yoga and hot yoga?

Now that you have a fairly broad understanding of these two forms, let’s look at the details and look at the differences between the two.

1. Studio

At first, one of the first differences you will notice between the two forms of yoga is the studio. While a typical Bikram yoga studio is mirroring from one wall to another, Hot Yoga studios do not have mirrors on the wall. The reason behind this is that yoga believes mirrors are distracting. They are said to hinder all your potential awareness. This is not only counterproductive to your practice, but it also defies many yoga principles

2. Temperature

Bikram Yoga studios are usually called torture chambers. They are heated to a temperature of 40 degrees Celsius, with a moisture content of 40%.

The hot yoga studios are quite refreshing at about 35-38 degrees Celsius. The moisture levels in these classes vary.

Difference between Bikram Yoga and Hot Yoga3. Conduct

When you begin practicing these forms of yoga, you will also notice the difference between the expected behavior on your part. Bikram Yoga expects an army discipline, where you can not talk or laugh for the duration of the practice. Hot yoga is much more forgiving. You can ask questions, play music, and if the situation requires it, make a good laugh too.

4. Duration

Time is also a differentiating factor between the two practices. A class of Bikram Yoga has a set time of 90 minutes. You have to do practice in a warm room for this period without interruption.

A warm yoga class does not exceed 60 minutes. They believe you sweat, lose toxins and gain flexibility without being dehydrated in this period.

5. Postures

A Bikram Yoga class is scripted. The teacher is led to say the same things every day as you practice the 26 structured postures in the same routine with the two breathing exercises.

A hot yoga class has a varied range of asanas that are practiced in different sequences defined by the yoga teacher, according to their own style. This, in a way, allows your body to react differently to each class and change every day.

6. Schools

Bikram Yoga is a unique yoga school, which is taught according to a strict pattern. This form of yoga allows no interpretation or change of style. It focuses more on the body.

Hot Yoga is structured on different styles of yoga. You can adopt Ashtanga, Iyengar or Vinyasa, or any form that the teacher adopts.

Now that you have these indications, it will be easy to decide what form of yoga you want to take. While Bikram Yoga focuses on rigorous body training under harsh conditions, Hot Yoga adheres more to the principles of yoga, adding a bit of vigor to make the practice more effective. You can try both and make that final decision. Make sure you know what you are. Consult your doctor before doing so, as there are many contraindications involved in both forms of yoga. If you are pregnant, be clear.
