Eat a balanced and healthy diet. The earlier extra calories and fat are eliminated from your diet, the greater the chances of slimming down that belly fat. Nutritionists suggest eating more fiber-rich foods.
Get enough sleep. Sleep eight or more hours a day so as to avoid accumulating belly fat.
Avoid stress. Stress makes you crave for high-calorie snacks which leads to larger waistline
