Kidney beans: Kidney beans are rich in flavonoids and antioxidants. These two are popularly known as anti aging properties. Daily recommended to take one cup of kidney beans, which helps to keep you, younger for a long time because these contains magnesium, potassium, fibre and proteins.
Cabbage: In one of the journals, USDA has published that cabbage contains 36 different varieties of flavonoids, which help us to look young. These are also helping to improve health problems.
Pomegranates: These fruits are rich in anthocyanins and ellagitannins and both are powerful antioxidants. These pomegranates are helpful not only looking young, but also helps to reduce heart problems. These seed oil is also helpful in regenerating the cells and also used to reduce the visible affects of skin cells from aging.
Garlic: Garlic contains powerful antioxidants which helps live for a long period and also reduces the heart problems.
Spinach: Taking spinach twice or thrice per a week helps to look younger because it is rich in Vitamin A and d, this vegetable avoids from lots of cancer.
Tomatoes: Tomatoes are rich in antioxidants, which helps to clear the germs and working to reduce the redness on the skin.
Beet root: Beet root is rich in fibre, iron, magnesium, potassium and vitamin C which helps in weight loss and improve energy levels.
