Pregnancy is one of the most pleasant and beautiful phases in a woman’s life. The body is extremely weak after the delivery and requires ample of supplements to replenish the lost nutrients. A diet rich in calcium, iron, magnesium and vitamins is essential for both mother and baby to avoid health concerns after delivery.
