1. Brown Sugar Scrub for Chapped Lips

Brown Sugar – 1 tbsp
Olive Oil – 1 tbsp
Honey – 1/2 tsp

Mix the brown sugar with the olive oil. Once fully mixed, add the 1/2 tsp of honey. Apply a pea size amount to lips in circular motion. One will have soft lips.

2. Oatmeal and Honey Facial for Dry and Dull Skin

Dry Oats – 1 cup
Warm Water – 1/2 cup
Honey – 1/4 cup

Mix up 1 cup of dry oats with 1/2 cup warm water in the blender. Blend until oats are ground thinly and pour it into a bowl. Mix it up in honey and also apply it on your face, leaving it on about 10-15 minutes.

3. Peppermint Body Scrub for a Relaxing Shower

Raw Sugar – 2 cup
Grapeseed Oil – 1/2 cup
Peppermint Essential Oil – 1 tsp

Mix up all of the ingredients in a bowl and place it in a dry mason jar. To make use of the scrub, one must mix small amounts in one’s wet hand and also massage the content on one’s body. Rinse up and pat dry.
