Sugar, castor oil & lemon juice:

Glycerine and Boiled milk:
Mix 2 tbsp of lemon juice with a tbsp of glycerine & a cup of boiled milk. Massage the palms with this mixture softly for half an hour. Repeat this treatment regularly.
Tomato has an anti-oxidant properties & is known to be the natural bleaching agent. Take equal amount of tomato juice, glycerine & lemon juice. Mix all these ingredients well & rub softly on the hands to get smooth & fair palms.
