One must take a well-balanced diet. The diet should be rich in proteins, vitamins, and minerals. One must take pulses and vegetables. One can take fats in the form of fats which can be monounsaturated and polyunsaturated which can be had from nuts, sea-food etc. Carbohydrates can be had from millets, rice, wheat, finger millets ad pearl millets etc. One must avoid packaged foods and foods made of refining flour.

Exercise

Yoga is the best form of exercise birth for mental and physical well-being. Jogging is good and general exercises such as running and body exercises. One can go in for brisk walks.

Psychological

One as to accept the belly fat and work on it and not lose interest, Whatever effort you make must be positive in approach. A determination to lose the fat is important. One must not give up. Much patience is required.
