One can take fats in the form of fats which can be monounsaturated and polyunsaturated which can be had from nuts, sea-food etc. Carbohydrates can be had from millets, rice, wheat, finger millets ad pearl millets etc. One must avoid packaged foods and foods made of refining flour.
Yoga is the best form of exercise birth for mental and physical well-being. Jogging is good and general exercises such as running and body exercises. One can go in for brisk walks.
