Broccoli :

Broccoli contains Calcium of 86 milligrams in two cups raw, in addition to calcium this cruciferous vegetable contains nearly twice the Vitamin C that of an orange. Research also shown that diet high in cruciferous vegetables like broccoli might be linked to lower risk of certain types of cancer, including colon & bladder cancer.

Edamame :

Edamama contains Calcium of 98 milligrams in one cup cooked. Edamame has been eaten in Japan and China for thousands of years, and it is no wonder: it is a nutritional powerhouse. Edamame, which are immature soybeans in the pod, pod is among the few non animal foods that is complete protein, meaning it contains all 9 essential amino acids. Figs :

Figs contains Calcium of 121 milligrams per ½ cup dried. Tofu contains Calcium of 434 milligrams per ½ cup. You know tofu as vegetarian source of protein. Turns out it is also great source of calcium. Tofu is incredibly versatile, it takes on flavor of whatever else you are cooking with it.

Almonds :

Almonds contain Calcium of 75 milligrams per ounce about 23 whole almonds, Almonds, are among the best nuts for the health, contain about 12 percent of the necessary daily protein, and are rich in vitamin E & potassium. And although they are fattening, it is the good kind of fat that helps to lower the bad cholesterol levels as long as enjoy them in the moderation.
