7 Home Remedies For Stomach Pain

Stomach or Tummy pain is a common problem which is faced by the most of us daily. Tummy or stomach pain can be cured with some of the home remedies. Green tea is a natural pain killer to get rid of stomach pain. Most of the women also turn to the cinnamon tea and black tea. Separately from these varied types of teas, you can also change for simple natural remedies like lying flat on your stomach, drinking hot water and even a hot water bag would be sufficient.

Although when using these remedies to reduce a tummy or stomach pain, make sure you try them one at a time. Sometimes, mixing of 2 or 3 remedies will only make you feel nauseous. Try out 1 remedy and if it not successful, try out the other options on list. Also, keep in mind that these home remedies for stomach pain will take it own course of time, so be patient:

Ginger Tea

The best tip to get rid of stomach pain is by sipping ginger tea. Prepare a cup of black tea, add 1 piece of fresh ginger root to tea. Allow it to soak in tea for 5 minutes. Remove the root and drink tea to soothe your stomach.

Black Tea

Black tea is also one of the home remedies for stomach pain. Drink the black tea without sugar help to get rid of the problem. You can add honey to your tea if you dont like your tea bitter.

Cinnamon Tea

Cinnamon is one of the best spices to cure any disorders. Cinnamon tea is the best drink and natural remedy to get rid of stomach pain. It is better to drink the Cinnamon tea on an empty tummy to solve the stomach problem.

Apple Cider Vinegar

Apple cider vinegar helps to cure the inflammation and kill bad bacteria in the stomach when consumed. Therefore, it also helps in getting rid of tummy aches. Add 1 tablespoon of vinegar to ½ a glass of warm water and consume.

Heating Pad

Heating pads are helpful to cure any pain in the body. The heat produced from the pad would calm the muscles thus helping to reduce the pain in an area.

Mint Juice

Mint juice is a common home remedy to get rid of stomach pain. Mint is the natural ingredient which reduces the inflammation and curbs you from getting any infection too. Mint juice or mint tea is a helpful remedy for stomach aches.

Aloe Vera Juice

Aloe vera juice is a soothing home remedy to cure stomach pains. Add two tablespoon of aloe juice to one cup of water. Mix these ingredients well and consume to get rid of the problem.
